ME WAVE – Basotect Eggcrate Foam ME Noppenschaumstoff-Basotect is a flexible, open-cell soft foam with excellent sound absorption properties, notable especially for its high fire resistance. This product is often referred to as melamine resin foam or simply melamine foam. The raw material of our panels is BASOTECT foam produced by BASF ME WAVE Noppenschaumstoff-Basotect is particularly suitable for applications where fire safety and good sound absorption are required. Its very low density combined with high inherent stability allows ME WAVE to also be used as a self-supporting sound-absorbing element Note: Panels may have a dimensional deviation of ±3%.
