Guarantee
According to Legislative Decree No. 24 of February 2, 2002, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. The buyer is only entitled to a warranty claim if the purchased item is defective upon delivery. The buyer may initially request, at his or her discretion, the rectification of the defect or the delivery of a defect-free product. If subsequent performance fails, the buyer may instead request subsequent performance of his or her choice (reduction of the price) or withdraw from the contract. The seller assumes no liability for consequential damages resulting from defective products or delayed deliveries. Furthermore, no warranty claim can be made against the seller. You should therefore clarify the usability of the goods before purchasing them.
