Order fulfillment times and mode of delivery

. By the time of order processing we mean the amount of time that elapses from order entry to delivery of the product to the carrier. All orders containing products available in stock,    whichthe customer has received confirmation of payment will be processed in 2 days (working days). Obviously seron Ltd. will try to process your order as quickly as possible.

. There are no shipments at Mail boxes or from companies that provide domiciliary services.

. The shipping costs are charged to to the customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order. The shipment cost wich are burdened to the customer, will be calculated based on       the method chosen when ordering.

Credit card

Upon the courier delivers the parcel , the customer is required to check:

. That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the letter of the carrier.

. That the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.. The credit card accepted on the SERON LTD site are all those belonging to the Visa     and MasterCard circuit.

. For all other countries not listed in Zones the delivery will be announced in the e-mail regarding the shipping costs.
