Information on the processing of your personal data (Articles 13 and 14 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 – General Data Protection Regulation GDPR )

1. PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations, for the agreed purposes or for other purposes in accordance with the GDPR
; this in compliance with the data protection regulations. You are a data subject within the meaning of Article 4 No. 1) of the GDPR .

Only personal data that is necessary for the implementation and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provided to us will be processed.
Personal data is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person and that contains individual details about personal circumstances.
The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, photos, and any technical and administrative information provided to us while using our website.
We retain a copy of communications when you contact us or interact with us in any way, via email, post, SMS , online, instant messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Skype, or telephone.
We may also receive your personal information from online vendors and service providers, as well as from customer lists lawfully obtained from third parties.
Special categories of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health, or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation will not be processed unless explicit consent has been given or the processing is necessary for the purposes set out in Art. 9 GDPR (e.g., for the purposes of preventive healthcare or occupational health, for reasons of public interest in the area of ​​public health, to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person and the data subject is physically or legally incapable of giving their consent, etc.).
Consent to data processing is voluntary. Due to tax and accounting requirements, the actual contractual relationship cannot be concluded without this consent.

2. YOUR RIGHTS

As a data subject, you have the right at any time:
• to know whether and which of your personal data is being processed by the controller and to receive information about this personal data, including by receiving a copy;
• to demand the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the completion of incomplete personal data; If your personal data changes, we ask you to notify us accordingly;
• to have the data in the controller’s possession erased for the reasons stated in the GDPR or if it is no longer required to fulfil contractual obligations;
• to demand that the controller restrict processing if the conditions stated in the GDPR
are met; • to receive the personal data concerning you and processed by the controller in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to demand that this data be transmitted to another controller without hindrance;
• not to be subjected to a decision based exclusively on automated processing - including profiling - that has legal consequences for you or significantly affects you in a similar way (see point 7).
The exercise of these rights, as well as those under point 3), can be asserted by notifying the controller or the representative designated by the controller, whose addresses are provided below.
If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you always have the right to file a complaint with the "Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali." 3. RIGHT OF OBJECTION

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f), for reasons related to your particular situation (this is processing which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in you or in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject prevail, in particular if the data subject is a child).
If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you also have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.

4. DATA SECURITY

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organizational and technical precautions.
Data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means (see Section 7) and includes all operations required for data processing under the GDPR
. In any case, data processing is carried out in compliance with all security measures to ensure its security and confidentiality. These precautions particularly concern protection against unauthorized, unlawful, or even accidental access, processing, loss, and manipulation. Despite our efforts to maintain an appropriately high level of due diligence, it cannot be ruled out that information you transmit to us over the Internet may be viewed and used by other persons.
We endeavor to ensure that data breaches are identified at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the responsible supervisory authority without delay.
Please note that we therefore assume no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking of email accounts or telephones, interception of faxes).

5. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The data will be used to provide a requested service or to execute a contract with you.
The data you provide will be processed exclusively using the methods and procedures necessary to offer you the agreed services or for purposes for which you have given your consent or for purposes in accordance with the GDPR .
In particular, your data may be processed for the following purposes:
 Fulfillment of legal, EU and contractual obligations;
 Accounting and customer/supplier accounting;
 Protection of receivables and management of liabilities;
 Creation of a photo archive of completed projects;
 Publication of photos and your name as a reference in company advertising materials distributed to third parties;
 For statistical purposes, but only after anonymising the data provided.
Only with your express consent will the data be used for statistical analyses, market surveys, promotional activities via social media and sending commercial information about products and promotional initiatives from seron GmbH.
Only with your consent can the data be used for profiling purposes, which is carried out automatically and involves collecting information about the browsing you do while accessing and using the services.

6. DISTRIBUTION , TRANSFER AND THIRD PARTIES WITH ACCESS TO THE DATA - PROCESSORS 

Your personal data will not be disclosed but may be communicated, if necessary for the provision of the agreed service, to third parties appointed by seron Gmbh as processors for technical or organizational tasks that are essential to the provision of the agreed services. Your personal data may therefore be communicated, if necessary, to the following subjects:  to public administrations and authorities, in the cases provided for by law;  to credit institutions with which our company maintains business relations, for the management of receivables and liabilities;

 to all natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal, administrative and tax consulting firms, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.) when the transfer proves necessary or useful for the exercise of our activity;
 to our graphic or advertising consultant for the development of the company's advertising materials;
 to external technical service providers,
 to postal carriers,
 to hosting providers and IT companies.
The updated list of data processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.
Access to data is also possible for the representatives involved with seron Gmbh in the organization for data processing (administration, sales, marketing, customer service, system administrators).
This does not prejudice the right to transfer data to third parties if you have given your express and voluntary consent.
Your data will be transferred exclusively on the basis of the GDPR , in particular for the performance of a contract or based on your prior consent. Data processors will only process the data on the basis of our instructions.

7. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

We may use automated decision-making (i.e., without human intervention) in the area of ​​profiling to create an analysis of the population segment you belong to, past and expected future behavior, and your preferences.
This enables us to:
• Provide you with content and offers tailored to you via our platform and our promotional communications;
• Offer customers differentiated services in terms of customer service and other operational services.

8. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

Your personal data will be processed by seron GmbH within the territory of the European Union . If, for technical and/or operational reasons, it is necessary to access subjects located outside the European Union or it is necessary to transfer some of the collected data to technical systems and services managed in the cloud and located outside the territory of the European Union, the processing will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR and authorized on the basis of specific EU decisions.
Therefore, all necessary precautions are taken to ensure the most comprehensive protection of personal data.

9. DURATION OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF DATA

The period for which your personal data is stored depends on the purpose for which it was collected, your potential request to delete the data, and the possibility of retention for legal purposes (e.g., in accordance with regulations).
Personal data will not be stored longer than necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations and to defend against any potential liability claims.
In the event that your personal data is used for advertising purposes or with your consent, the data will be used until your consent is withdrawn and for a short period thereafter (to allow us to complete your requests).
We will keep a copy of your request not to send further advertising materials or not to use your personal data indefinitely so that we can consider your request in the future.
For statistical purposes, your data may be stored for longer periods after the provided data has been anonymized.
For marketing purposes, your data may be retained for longer periods.
